For customers looking for refund, we offer a 7 days grace period in which if the customer faces the system issue, we fix it for no additional charge. Whereas for the payment cancellation, only partial refund will be given within 30 days. Tsuri Computers technician works very hard to fix issues in your computer or devices. We pay to our technician and other employees so we want our customer to co-operate with us before deciding to purchase any coverage. In case of mistake transactions, we will reverse the full amount.
